On time, called ahead. Very competent. Knew what to do and did the work quickly. Reasonable charge, too. Will call them again when I need a plumber.
Great service, responds very quickly, every time they have come to my home they have fixed the problem and left, during the same appointment, and I have hired them for several fixes. They are fast and very knowledgable. I highly recommend them.

After a competitor quoted $650 for a simple gas leak repair and connection of a new stove, we called JBG. Their technician came out, did a great job, and completed the entire job in one hour. Final cost: $85. Furthermore, we had 2 young boys that were interested in what he was doing. He talked to them and let them see what was happening. I will absolutely be back to JBG for future needs.
