Worst customer service experience ever. The manager called me a week after I dropped off the vehicle to ask me if I had turned in the keys. Advised her that I had, and then advised her that I was charged for 7 gallons of fuel when I know that the car was only 2 gallons short since the DTE was at 360 miles and the car at full is 420. She said she would research it and follow up. Still waiting on that phone call. Do yourself a favor and do not use Avis in College Station.
Worst Experience Ever
Denise at Avis (Easterwood Airport, College Station) has always been very helpful, taken care of my rental needs, never left me without a car, always quick to honor the GSA rate and ensure the rentals were tax exempt and made sure the cars I was provided were clean and full of fuel.
Great customer service, often gives upgrades. The car itself is usually clean. If there was an issue, manager mostly side with customer. Much better experience overall compared to the other rental services in CLL Airport.
I made a reservation from Houston for July 21st. At the time of reservation I made online payment through debit card without any problem. I drove 2 hours from my home to Houston airport to take the car but the Houston airport office didn't give me the car because I didn't had the credit card. After several attempts to reach Avis representative I finally get to speak to Avis representative on Friday July 22. I asked her for refund, she said my full money is being refunded and I will get that in 3 to 7 business days but when I got the refund 3 days later It had 150$ deducted. I am trying to contact Avis since then but either the call is being dropped midway or the representatives are redirecting me from one dept to another.
Denise is always willing to go the extra mile. Very professional and friendly. We use AVIS quite often and have never had any issue with them. Great Job to you all.
