Standard car rental place. They are not great at planning ahead or being punctual. Offer pick up/drop off for getting or leaving a rental. Not a good selection of available vehicles.
Terrible customer service. We waited for a while for customer service. I finally decided to go get my cell phone from my vehicle to give them a call. When I was walking back inside I saw two Hertz employees outside vacuuming a vehicle. The young lady Victoria saw me walking towards the front of the office. I walk in and wait hopefully she would walk in to assist me. I finally decide to call the office and after a few rings she comes inside to answer the phone. I informed her that we've been waiting for a while. She wasn't apologetic and said "oh, I was vacuuming". So basically, if I hadn't called she probably would of still be outside. Tip: Always have someone in the office to provide customer services. I was told by an employee that I should of gone outside to get assistance. Wow!
very bad service!!! we reserved a car 3 days ago... we got the confirmation of our reserve and when we went to pick it up... there was no car!!!!! and the funny story was that if we wanted a car we had to register in a waiting list with more than 30 people before us! so ridiculous!!! if you can not provide a good service close the office!!!
