This is a terrible place to rent a car. Walk across the lobby to Hertz, they were very much more helpful and I ended up saving money there too.
Never rent a car here! My experience was terrible, and the women working here were so rude and not helpful or sympathetic at all.
I rented a car online, only to show up and find that they had no cars available in the style I selected. They had cars, but I would have to pay an extra $50 a day to upgrade. So I had to wait 24 hours. Then I wasn't able to get the car at all because even though I had already paid the balance in full, and additional security deposit was required and had to be on a credit card with my name on it that was swiped at the counter. I had a credit card that didn't have my name and access to a credit card number that did have my name, but I couldn't use these.
Excellent service. Ready for my arrival. Offered upgrade. Car was in great condition. Easy return with key drop. Sent invoice by email without prompting. This is the way renting a car should be.
I rented a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan for a round-trip travel from Texas to Florida. I was very pleased with the vehicle and the reservation agent was very pleasant. Only issue I had was that all 4 tires were low on air and one actually had a nail in it so I was constantly having to put air in it throughout my trip. I feel if the vehicle had been inspected properly prior to it being rented out, this would have been caught prior to me making that long drive. Other than that excellent service.
