Good customer service. One of the jobs ended up taking 4 hours (they gave me an estimate of 1.5 - 2 hours), but they made up for the delay by giving me a free oil change for next time I need one. Gave me a good deal on the stuff I needed done too. Would recommend coming here for sure.
They refused to give me the price before they perform the oil change! When I insisted to get the price the guy said "you can go Mobile One". Does he think they're the best!!
2) Either their equipment is faulty, or they were trying to scam me. They overheard that I had bought new tires and "checked" my alignment for me without me asking. They told me my car was extremely out of alignment even though I had just had my tires aligned when I got the new tires, same day, from a store less than 5 miles away.
1) They spilled engine oil all over my engine bay during a routine oil change and did not clean it up.
Fast/friendly service, good prices! Take advantage of their lifetime wheel alignment, definitely worth it.
Excellent and friendly customer service, as well as the exceptional service on my car! I was shown exactly what needed to be fixed and why, and what was still working perfectly. Speedy repairs at a very fair price. I've already told friends about my great experience here, and wanted to leave a review for others considering getting work done here. I wish I'd been a customer of theirs for years, but I'll definitely be back in the future!
