Went to get an oil change and inspection. There was a $25 upcharge for the oil and that wasn't explained to me. I asked for a discount because that wasn't explained and the owners said no. They said they would DRAIN THE OIL AND USE IT AGAIN for someone else. They would rather take out the oil that was already in my truck and put in cheaper oil than give me a discount for their screw up. Also, I would never reuse oil even if it had less than a mile on it. So much stuff can be picked up from being in a running engine even if it hasn't gone anywhere. Kwik Kar college station has lost a customer for good.

Fast service. Cheap price on a state inspection. I was in and out in less than 30 mins.
It took them an hour to figure out what size oil filter my car needed. One of the employees even had to drive to a nearby parts store to get one but it still wasn't correct. They made me very late for an important meeting and only offered a $10 discount for the extreme delay and lack of professionalism. I could hear employees yelling at each other outside and then they interrupted me while I was on the phone letting my boss know I was running late. Won't be going here again!
