I had a great experience here and upon completion the owner even text me to make sure everything was running smoothly on my car. Seriously in the age where customer service is almost dead, it was so refreshing to get such great service from a car maintenance/repair company! I highly recommend this place to everyone they are top notch!!
I went there to have a check on my braking pad, because I heard noise around the front wheel when driving on the highway. They are very honest and patient. They inspected my front wheels and tested driving my car on the highway and found there was actually no problem at all. I greatly appreciated they did all these things for me. I will absolutely come back if any issue is with my car.
I would give Meineke more than 5 stars if possible. They are a group of wonderful people and really care about providing the best services to their customers. I always go here to get my oil changed, but I will for sure be going here for all other car services from now on. Outstanding customer service.
I've gone here several times. There's too many positive adjectives that I want to use..It's a clean, quick, friendly, affordable repair shop. It doesn't have the typical gross feeling that you get when you walk into a repair shop. The staff is friendly and always walks you through several options.If you're on the fence between this place and another shop..choose Meineke. You won't regret it.
Absolutely outstanding service! Everyone is so kind and helpful! They went above and beyond to make sure we got the service we needed.
