Quick, polite and professional. The free car wash that comes with an oil change is always nice because you can use them whenever you want. All the employees I've met have been helpful and polite.

These guys do a really good job on their wash. I wish they would use a different chemical or technique to clean the inside of the windshield though. It always looks like it has an oily film over it after they clean it.
Male arrogance with my wife. Mediocre wash and interior detail. She was told if she wanted a better vacuum then she would need to purchace a gold level rather than a silver level. Real BS. Past customer and now will not return
Have had my oil changed 3 times here first time it was around 50 second a little over 60 and the third in the mid 70s. Same vehicle each time. The first one was an up sale that I agreed to. Today I asked for the same oil change I had last time we'll when the lube tech rang it up it was in the mid 70s. I asked why he said they must have used a different filter this time. I asked for the same change. If they can't pay attention to a minute detail like that how can we as consumers trust them with our expensive automobiles. Unless they make it right with me I will never return and I will caution others from going because obviously their employees don't care about giving the customers what they ask for!
