Good wash but a little bit expensive.
DECENT...The automated car wash does a decent job...it almost always DOES NOT remove the majority of bugs off the front. The vacuums work as they should.
This carwash has all the same features that all the other full service washes do but no waiting and half the price. This wash is great if you are in a hurry. The only difference is that you have to vacuum your car yourself witch is good because I have had things come up missing in my car before at other full service washes. The first time I went through the wash it did not clean the front of my car as well as I had hoped (baked on love bugs) but after talking to one of the employees they were glad to run me through again at no charge. They also told me that if I wanted a towel dry that they would be happy to do that also. NOW THAT IS SERVICE! Cheap, Fast, and Great Service. I highly recommend this wash.
The car wash itself does a decent job, but its not a good value. I wouldn't waste your money on anything but the basic wash if you do decide to go there. I was very disappointed with how much water the blowers left on my vehicles. Also when I got around to the self service vacuum cleaners I realized the wash had bent the heck out of my front license plate. It was then that I realized it also happened the last time I went there, but at the time I wasn't sure what happened. While I was vacuuming my car I saw the vehicle next to mine had the same thing happen to their license plate. I approached the employees and asked to speak to the manager. He came out and looked at the vehicles and blamed mine on the fact that I didn't have a front license plate bracket which he said it should have had. I called the chevrolet dealership and started looking at other tahoes and suburbans like mine, and they don't have a front license plate bracket.... there isn't one made for them. After its all said and done, I will use the full service car wash over on Harvey road. I have found a coupon for them that takes 5 bucks off their cheapest package and that makes it only 15 bucks... did I mention they are full service for the similar price? Dont waste your money.
They scratched my new car and they deny it. Then I let their manager check my car first and went through the machine again. New scratches were made!!!! But the manager still deny it! And ask me to leave or he will call the police. WTF....
