I come in about once or twice a month and buy items. The staff there is incredibly helpful. Tim is a great employee who helps me quite often. I don't normally write reviews but it's great knowing every time I come in to the store the process is always quick and efficient.

The staff said hello when I walked into the store, someone asked me if I wanted help and did not just point to the general direction of the.product but took me to it and showed me the options I had. Very friendly and nice staff. I would recommend this store to.all my friends.
Last Monday I went in to purchase a KitchenAid mixer off of a bridal registry because when I tried to purchase it on-line it showed limited availability on that particular model. I walked in the store and Tim immediately asked me if I needed help. I told him my problem & he looked it up & said it was a discontinued model (hence the great price of $249). He offered to call every store until he found one while I browsed.
I bought it with a 20% off coupon & they shipped it to my house at no charge. Doesn't get any better than that not to mention they had tons of cool stuff on clearance! Tim followed up today with a phone call asking if everything was okay. I couldn't believe it when I found out he is not even a manager, just a regular employee doing a great job.
Went in the store to register for our wedding. Had a decent time in the store, just to come home and find that the staff(Alejandra and Tim) had added items to our registry that we specifically stated that we did NOT want.
