I went shopping at Macy's few times. All of these times, I had to actually hunt down salesperson. They are rare to find, (but once you find one, they are pretty helpful). There is no doubt that there is a constant shortage of manpower in CS Macy's store.
Sales Associate charged us for our items but forgot to place our shirt in the bag.
There are never enough sales people. You literally have to walk around the store, only to find that one person is covering multiple departments. The air conditioning vents are covered in mold and my allergies go crazy whenever I enter the store. Very sad situation, considering how nice the store once was.
