I will start by saying that the store was really nice, neat and organized. However, the customer service representatives seems to be inexperienced because no one could tell me about my order(s).After speaking with 3 different people and on hold for some minutes, the UPS guy was delivering the same item that I was inquiring about. I do not normally shop at this location, make returns, nor exchanges, and I will never make this mistake again. I really appreciate my store in Cypress, Texas because everyone there is knowledgeable of their jobs.
