Another great T.J. Maxx. My expectations were met.it was easy to find what I was looking for.
Was one of my very favorite places to shop. When they closed down layaway..... well a single parent had to slow down with shopping there. Prices good.
TJ Maxx has alot of great things to buy. Great customer service and only 2 ppl in line before me on Black Friday, Sunday!
Great selection. Although I had to wait in line forever to check out.
The manager, Leah is a very off-putting, abrasive person. I personally overheard her scolding an employee on the floor in a manner most unbecoming of a person in an authority position. Another instance, a customer was trying to return an item that was not sold with care instructions and she belittled the customer right in front of me, instead of just taking the reurn. I would personally not recommend going to this store, yes they have good deals but supporting an employer who treats customers and employees in such a manner should not be encouraged. I won't be returning to this store, why should I when I can get better customer service at kohl's with a similar price base and a larger selection.
