Excellent care prior to and following surgery. I have had two knee surgeries and eventually two knee replacements. Dr. Veazey and his staff were very profession and caring. The physical therapy team was also excellent.
This doctor's refusal to administer medical aid to a child patient enlisted in the 'CHIPS' Program (first in the ER and then during an office visit) has resulted in possible permanent deformity of the childs arm.
This doctor should be disbarred and a (pending) case will be brought against dr veazey to hopefully
lead to a permanent revocation of his Medical License(s) for allowing the child to suffer needlessly . Please contact me if you or anyone you know has had related issues with this person.
Dr. Veazey seems very respectful and caring towards his patients! However, as good a doctor as I think he is, one of his front office staff really caused both myself and Dr. Veazey some problems. I understand these people are busy, but I think when a patient leaves a message and it's misinterpreted, it causes mistrust between the doctor and patient. You have 3 people involved in one message, before it gets to the Dr! We're human, we make mistakes, I understand!! My advice would be, consult the patient if there's an issue, especially if it has to do with direct patient care or/and narcotic prescriptions!! Patients are automatically "drug seekers" nowadays, even if the patient has never asked for narcotics or any medication. There has to be some type of trust and communication between our Doctors and us, as patients! We both deserve it!!
