If you want to sit in the exam room for 30 minutes waiting for your doctor that was going to be "in quick", and you want staff who have no common courtesy, then this is definitely the place to go. First, the woman that checked my weight and took my blood pressure didn't even have the decency to say hi or or anything. I'm not saying it is required that nurses be overly kind, but a simple hello and being treated like a human being rather than just another patient would have been a kind gesture....not to mention a way to bring back business. Then, I had to wait 30 minutes in a gown waiting for the doctor to show up who turned out to be male though I *specifically* requested a female.
Shame on these people. I will never go back, nor would recommend any friends to this practice.
