I love the College Station Family Medicine Center. They have been treating my children for several years now. I have always been treated with the utmost kindness. They stayed open one time late just to help my daughter, they have seen me on short notice several times.I will never take my children to anyone else!!!
I went in for an appointment with Dr. Herron and paid with cash. I had an outstanding charge on the patient portal, but I called the office and they cleared everything up for me right away. The staff was very nice and helpful and Dr. Herron did a great job. The price was reasonable too. I will definitely be back again!
Getting them to send the request for blood work over to labcorp was very frustrating and when they finally did they never called me to tell me I could go like they said they would. I also expressed before I even got my blood work done that I wanted to see the doctor and they wouldn't let me make an appointment until after my blood work. Then they told me the wrong day of my appointment and two weeks later I still haven't gotten in to see the doctor to discuss. Very frustrating. The front office is so disorganized.
Best doctor in the Bryan College Station area! I moved my family to this area 4 years ago and have been to multiple doctors, we couldn't find anyone we liked. About a year ago i booked my first appointment with Dr. Pierce and have been going back to her any time I need a doctor. She is great at what she does and very knowledgeable. She also genuinely cares about her patients! Great to have a family doctor again that we can trust!!!
Dr. Pierce is an amazing doctor and person. She answers all of my questions and seems to really care about me and my well being. I highly recommend her. Everyone I have encountered in the office has been friendly and helpful.
