-When picking up my items, half of them weren't in the assigned slot so they had to search through every item till they found them.
Always clean the clothes quick and notify me when its done. They have even finished a couple shirts at around 2pm when I dropped off before 9am.
I'm willing to pay more than at other locations for good service, but Pride Cleaners has failed in that regard.
-I had three trousers, two of which I specifically asked to have laundered instead of dry cleaned. They agreed at the counter and then proceeded to charge me at the dry cleaning rate for all three.
It's pretty sweet, I won't lie. A bit pricey, but worth every penny. Great service and great staff!
This location is by far the best experience I have had with a dry cleaning business in the area. My clothes are always ready the next day, and they have been accommodating if I need something rushed the same day. They have even replaced buttons and sewed up a hole in my shirt without me asking. Highly recommended.
They charge randomly. Very expensive compared to others. Will never go there again
