I was here for a banquet through my school's department. The food was great and service was very helpful. I would recommend it for any large dinner event.
Very disappointed when checking in. Hotel is going through renovations. Room smells and looks old. Popcorn ceilings from the 70's. Definitely not a 3.5 star in its current state. There are lots better and newer options close by. Got the room though for 70 bucks on Hotwire so you get what you pay for I guess. I should of realized it was to good to be true. Seems like hotels should be required to let you know that renovations are going on before booking.
Enjoyed my stay. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff was very polite and the location is convenient. They are undergoing renovations and the water was briefly turned off during the day, but I wasn't planning on a 2pm shower so it didn't inconvenience me.
Came here as we always do, for Fire Training. Shelby and Maddie were awesome! So polite and helpful. Shelby helped to get me signed up for the Hilton Honors program. Their breakfast buffet is SUPER. No need to go out for breakfast unless you just really want something different. Near numerous places to eat and shop.
Pros: The bed is quite comfortable, the staff was very pleasant, and everything in my room worked. Cons: Pretty much everything else. The rooms look dated and for a three star hotel, it doesn't feel like anything special. There were only rooms with two beds available during my stay. I have heard that the bathrooms in the king rooms are normal size, but in my room, the door was just a few inches from hitting the toilet and it was a hassle getting into the shower because it was so small. There are a lot of other hotels in the area, so I'd recommend trying out something else before coming here.
