The experience I had was what I would expect for a 2-star hotel. The WiFi was good. The breakfast choices included cereal, waffles, bagels, muffins, and bananas. The room had a fridge and microwave.
The room was clean and the staff were polite and friendly! I was also pleased with the price paid! I highly recommend!
Active duty military member on leave just looking for a place to hunker down for the storm. I made my reservations online through Expedia. There the room was advertised for $65 a night with $10.xx for taxes and fees, I didn't think it was a bad price due to last minute bookings. When I arrived at the hotel it took me 45 minutes to check it (mind you it was only 4 guests checking in at the time). When it was my turn at the counter the receptionist was very rude and unprofessional; she also charged me an extra fee for my spouse to stay in the same room as me (I had a one king bed room. I'm also in a same-sex marriage). Anyways the beds were hard, the room was outdated, and a guest four doors down were trying to sell me drugs! This was by far the worst hotel experience I've encountered and if I could give negative stars I definitely would!
Amazing service. Very clean . Rooms are great. Highly recommended. Amazing prices.
The staff was rude. They talked about guest in front of other guest. Lied about a room discount. The room wasn't very clean, we found hairs in the made up beds. Food containers behind the bedside table. The continental breakfast was a disappointment. the motel it's self is in need of many repairs. The front door kept getting stuck, the light bulbs were out in the bathroom. Oh, and the hot water didn't really work all that well. I had the water on for 30 min and it was barely room temperature.
