Arrived to a very friendly staff, clean room, very comfortable bed and already cold inside.
It's pretty decent rooms are very clean and neat....big spacious rooms

No clue how this place has so many stars. Don't waste your time or money - I have never seen so many "out of order" signs in one hotel in my entire life. Our toilet flooded in the first room we had (previously clogged by someone or something else) after waiting at the front desk for 30 MINUTES we finally got a new room...but down graded with no compensation. Every door except the front entrance is out of order, and there was only one working ice machine on the first floor. Both of our rooms had dryer sheets stuffed in the air conditioner... this hotel is entirely overpriced for the "quality". The entire place smells odd (could be why they have to shove dryer sheets in the A/C unit) and the hallways are humid and sticky. I spent a few extra dollars thinking we would be in a nicer hotel but I honestly think we would have been better off at the crappy looking motel down the road.
The hotel is pretty run down, outdated and overpriced. However, Carmen was awesome and the staff were very nice. The 3 stars are for all of the staff including housekeeping and kitchen staff. The elevator was hot with broken siding, ice machine on 3rd floor never worked. Enjoyed the variety of complimentary breakfast items.
