My family was evacuated during Hurricane Harvey. We originally called Candlewood Suites, another IHG hotel in town, but we couldn't make it to them before they got booked up. I can not say enough about the customer service and overall compassion my family was shown by both properties. I want to specifically recognize Heather at the Staybridge Suites for being a huge help from the moment I called until the moment we checked out. I will never stay anywhere else when I come into town!
Terrible Wi-Fi. Some genius thought it would be nice to have no more hard wired set up in the room. Just an FYI for gamers. TV'sdjust their brightness. Nice rooms and kitchens. Friendly staff. Typical breakfast.
