The room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast bar was tasty. The make-your-own waffles, in particular, we're excellent!
This is the best hotel I've stayed at in the area. The housekeeping is easily the best I've stayed at in college station.
If you love roaches and dirty toilet seats and a desk that looks like someone cut coke on this is your high doller crack house
THIS MOTEL SAY THE HAVE UPGRADED. TERRIBLE NO TABLE IN ROOM TO SMALL AND HAS A VERY FOUL ODOR. TOOK US FOREVER TO CHECK IN. KEPT ASKING FOR THE CLERK THEY KEPT TELLING ME SHES IN THE RESTROOM UNPROFESSIONAL. WENT DOWN FOR BREAKFAST WAS NONE.JUST TERRIBLE. I WANT MY MONEY BACK I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS MOTEL EVER AGAIN. AND THE AIR CONDITIONER WAS SUPER SUPER LOUD. PLS DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FONT STAY HERE YOU WILL B VERY DISAPPOINTED.
This hotel is nasty and so is the staff! They will not give you the owners number. My sheets were dirty, the bathtub had ring around the colleges, there were roaches and all she could say is We have pest control. I found a spider crawling on my bed and the toilets you had to flush several time for tissue to go even go down. The assistant manager was very ride and tells you she's been there for ten years and never had a problem which was a lie from the pits of HELL. As I was sitting in the lobby waiting some other guests came to the desk telling her about the roaches and all she said was we have pest control. The staff had no customer service skills at all and just plain rude. The assistant manager claims she gave me a $21 refund for my issues but I have not received it and that's only because she gave another person in our group for buying cleaning products. I want a refund for at least a days charge for what I had to endure doing my stay. I have pictures to prove everything I'm saying. There needs to an extensive over hall cleaning and staff. I've never heard of a place that you can't reach the owners or a Real manager. May I add all the rooms that we had have a bad odor!
