He was incredibly knowledgeable about the differences in shipment types, materials and customs. All of his tips were on spot and we ended up saving time and money using A2Global’s services. Chase even arranged for a very nice local crew to pick up everything from our house, and once that happened everything went through smoothly and quickly. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the difficulty to communicate, which in retrospect was unnecessary and only a product of my being nervous shipping internationally for the first time.
