The owner wasn't very friendly or helpful towards getting me what I really needed. It was apparent that he wanted to get a deal, and make some money, when he didn't even have the truck that I needed. He did direct me down the road so that I could get what I needed in the end.
Service can be hit or miss. They generally have a good selection on hand to rent, which is helpful.
Super expensive to rent a truck (0.69 a MILE) but when you move to Texas after being in the military and no other car rental place will rent to you and you're just 23, and don't have a credit card it has to do I suppose. I just wish they could do a cheaper rate for a long term rental because the 444$ bucks I spent hurt
I was able to quickly get a truck and the staff all seemed courteous. Only issue I had was the price of a one way trip. It would have doubled my price to drive one way so I had to end up driving the truck back to College Station, wasting four hours.
