I asked Cherry three times to put a bid on a condominium I wanted. She delayed each time. Soon that property was off the market (and *I* was the one to find that out, she was unaware until I told her). The next available similar condo was 26% more expensive. When we first met, she described herself as a 'nurturer' and 'I often make lunch for my office... I just can't help it.'
