I purchased the $12 wash, pulled out to dry and vacuum, and noticed there was dried soap all over my car. I had to track someone down to talk to them and they sent me back through. After the 2nd wash, I still had dried soap on my car. I was asked if I had it on there before coming to the carwash, to which I replied no. We scrubbed it off the front but as I continued drying the rest of the car, I found more and more dried soap. I requested a refund since there was still a lot of dried soap and was told that wasn't an option because they already sent me through twice, still having the same problem, mind you. He informed me that they weren't a complete car detailing service and that's what the towels are for. I know you're not a complete car detailing but I expect soap to not be dried onto my car. And the towels are meant to dry the car, not SCRUB dry soap off! He was rude and continued to refuse a refund. I will not be returning and would not recommend this place.
Great customer service (thanks Mate and Anthony) use them often and car wash brushes seem gentle (soft ) on cars and trucks.
We have a monthly subscription. Well worth it to preserve the paint from the love bugs. Service is outstanding.
Not a lot of difference between any other drive through car wash. More pricey. Access to clean, soft wiping cloths was a big plus +++. Was allowed to use as many as needed. Still have to do the labor to wipe everything and vacuum, but again, access to the wiping cloths is very helpful.
Love this car wash! Friendly staff, great quality wash, clean towels to use if you need them. I chose the monthly pass. Great value that way!
Update: While the on-site EMPLOYEES are outstanding, I have yet to hear from the OWNER after my car, in neutral, was ejected, rolled and crashed into the firmly planted, unpadded sign far from the end of the treadmill. VERY, VERY disappointed.
