It's a wonderful place to go for anyone, from kids to adults to stressed out college kids. It is very sad to see so many bitter people comment on this place in a negative manner. The pups are treated very well and for crying out loud there pups, very young ones at that, so not all pups are exactly running around playing like people expect them to but some of them are also very young pups who similar to a human baby want to sleep all day. Plus even if you get to hold the puppy while it's sleeping it feels great to hold such a cute and adorable living creature who trusts you which it's life enough to sleep in your hands. One last remark is that the majority of these negative comments are full of it. These pups are happy as can be and treated very nicely and all the pups are full bread dogs meaning there is no mix within any of the dogs, and since they are full bread animals they act completely different than mixed animals, also many people believe that they see a full bread animal (dog) all the time but they really don't, it's almost always some kind of mix. Which Is what makes this place so much more special than any other store. And finally yes, some pups live less than the average dog but that's because the average dog is a mix and not full bread, and full bread dogs are literally genetically designed to live longer.
If you want to overpay for an abused and unhealthy puppy, this is the place for you.
This is a puppy mill outlet. I don't see how this place is still open, or why the mall would continue their lease (the smell alone should be enough to get them out).
Don't buy a dog from here there are tons off stories about dogs from here randomly dying out of the blue. I bought a pure white husky for my girlfriend before I left to the army she loved the puppy so much, it was her best friend while I was gone it was my living memory well last night the husky was 11 months old and was just whimpering a little bit. My girlfriend called me this morning saying she found the dog underneath the house dead. We couldn't tell the cause of death but I do know that lots of dogs from here die months after purchasing them. My beautiful husky was alive and well less than 48 hours ago and know it's buried and my girlfriend is so heartbroken.
This is the saddest thing I've ever seen, these dogs are so mistreated. I went to the mall today, and could hear these poor puppies crying from JCPenny's. About 100 yards away, you could hear them screaming. I went by to see what was going on. These puppies had no water or food, feces was stacked up so high below the crate, it almost touched the crate. These innocent puppies had to "dance" on their paws because they were standing on the metal crate 24/7. I went next door to Earthbound and the lovely worker there sympathized with me and my sister, she said that she had to turn up the music multiple times because you could still hear the puppy screams. We went to the post oak head office and complained and the woman seemed very detached from the situation. Luckily, the worker at Earthbound gave us ideas of what we could do and said she'd also take action. I honestly can't wait to see this place get shut down. I will probably be getting a puppy from here very soon, just to save it from these horrible conditions. If you made it this far, thank you for reading and please share this with others.
"THIS PLACE IS A JOKE" I PAID ALMOST $400 FOR WHAT THEY CLAIMED TO BE A FULL BREED CHIHUAHUA TO COME AND FIND OUT THAT SHE WAS MIXED I CALLED UP THERE TODAY TO SPEAK WITH SOMOME TO TRY AND GET SOME OF MY MONEY BACK A WOMAN ANSWERED AND TRANSFERD ME TO THE MANAGER NAMED TIM AND HE SAID I'M SORRY BUT THERE'S NOTHING WE CAN DO. DO NOT GET YOUR ANIMALS FROM HERE THE MANAGER IS A RUDE ASS UN CONSIDRATE PERSON HE HUNG UP ON ME TWICE THAT'S NOT BUSINESS PROFESSIONAL I GIVE HIM 0 STARS
