Terrible experience! I went in and was fitted for shoes. I got home, wore them around my home for an hour and they hurt, so I went in to return them. I was told that they would exchange but not return. I reminded them that they have a return policy and I didn't like the other options they had for sale, so I insisted that I get my money back. I was told I had to speak to the owner, so I came back when he was there. He told me he could only take them back if they were unworn. Finding the shoes to be in PERFECT condition, he took his thumb and rubbed the the size stamp on the inside tongue of the shoe until it smudged and then told me he couldn't take the shoes back for that reason. I was so shocked that it didn't quite register what he was doing until he was done. BEWARE. There is NO return policy at this store (no matter what they tell you) and it is owned by dishonest people. Go ahead and ask about the return policy-they will dance around about answering your questions.
Incredibly rude and pushy. I was still looking around and this lady went like "are you even gonna try anything on or..." Hey, if you don't even want people to spend money here, why bother opening this store?
