Was like walking in the twilight zone. Walk in to get my boys shoes to last the rest of the school year. Came in at 4pm, the only customers in the store and there were 4 people working and not one of them spoke to us. Asked a sales associate to help with measuring my son's foot, he said he'd only been there five minutes and had no idea how to measure for shoes, took us to the manager to do so who then passed us to a young female associate because as he put it to me, "she likes to do kids" (mind you my kids were standing next to me waiting patiently...weren't exactly hard to do). Then the lady measured my son's feet and wouldn't account for socks. Left glad to get deals on some shoes to get us by, but will never return.
Experienced poor customer service twice by the same manager. He made us feel very unwelcomed in the store. Hispanic Female sales associate (regrettably do not remember her name) made up for his lack of people skills. Will not be returning.
Fairly priced shoes. Decent selection. Staff said they could not order a 12.5 size though I found the exact shoe in 12.5 online.
Good shoes and some bargains. Selection was less than I have seen in other outlets.
Terrible customer service! The two guys behind the register never greeted me as a customer or asked if I needed any help. Instead, they carried on a conversation with each other. I was the only customer in the store, and now I know why. Another customer walked in, looked around, and had to ask if the guys even worked there to try to get some assistance. She wound up leaving empty-handed, and I don't blame her! I love the Skechers brand, but I think I'll buy at my usual store next time, instead of going back to this place.
