The people there are very very nice and understanding. I bought a fossil watch in Houston galleria several days ago and the crown fell off. I was expecting to pay some money for the fix even with the warranty. The manager directly changed a new one for me without questions and help me synchronize the new watch with my phone.
Great customer service! The employees were very helpful and even set the date and time on my watch after quickly replacing my battery. Had this watch for 10 years now. Great product and service overall. Very pleased!
I have not had the best of luck with fossil watches my first one was stolen out of my gym bag 5 day after my wife had bought for me as a wedding gift. Went back to Fossil and purchased another one to replace the one she had bought for me and 16 days later the crown fell off of it not allowing me change the time at all. I went back to fossil thinking that I was going to have to pay to get it fixed or replace the crown since I did not keep my receipt. The manager at the store was very understanding and marked the watch as defective and I received a brand new watch, I couldn't be happier with the customer service I have received there and will definitely return there for my next watch purchase!
