I recently began attending the Friday evening Women's class, and it's awesome! Very much tailored to what we want to work on, with personal attention and critiques. Also a great way to gauge how we are growing individually as fighters. Finally learned how to get out of side control ;)

I tried another place and it wasn't bad at all but then I tried BVMMA and those people were really friendly and outgoing.They gave me the confiedence that I needed to get better. Plus, there was a bit more competition at BVMMA and I loved every second of it. And they offere great prices.
