Poor customer service (litterally 1 minute late = late fee)
terrible doctors! Went in with an ear infection, I've had them dozens of times I know when I have one, they told me it was just allergies. Suffered for 2 weeks until I could go back home and see my regular doctor and what do you know... had an ear infection. Ridiculous is all have to say
The staff here is very condescending and rude, they act like they do not want to deal with you at all.
There is not a lot of good doctors here. I came in with a fever and they told me it was just allergies. The doctor was so condescending to me like I didn't know what a fever was or the difference between a virus and bacteria. Ive also had to where I had a swollen throat and completely lost my voice and just told me it was a cold. I got my friends sick and when they went to the doctor they were told it was a strep. So for 3 weeks I suffered with no medication and could not hold anything down due to my throat being so tight. If you are expecting good care then go elsewhere. The only good doctors here are the ones in the womans clinic.
I have a great doctor I get to see whenever I need to. It is nice to be able to see the same doctor each time and she is wonderful. I'm ways seem right away and everyone is so nice
