Conveniently right next door to an optometrist in an easy to get to spot in the mall. I've been here twice in the last six or seven years. First time was thoroughly satisfactory. The second time was fraught with frustration; somehow or other in three weeks they managed to not send my order in & not know that they hadn't sent my order in. One hassle-free refund later and we call it even. Mistakes can happen, I might give them a go again.
Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Don't waste your time with this place. Horrible customer service from the top down to the bottom. I needed to get a refund because the lenses were not made correctly and convienently the customer service supervisor didn't have the authorization to do so. A manager needed to do it, who wasn't there. It took me calling their corporate office while I was in the store to get the refund. Also, I'm just finding out three months later that they never processed the paperwork to re-activate my insurance benefits. Again, had to call the corporate office to accomplish anything. Your money is better spent elsewhere.
Decent selection of frames but these guys can't ever even adjust them right for you. I had to get some pliers and do it myself.
We had a great experience with Visionworks in College Station. My daughter purchased glasses that did not fit her face. She had problems with the glasses sliding and feeling uncomfortable. The store manager was very kind and helpful. They honored the warranty and fit my daughter with new glasses that are perfect. They never made us feel bad that the glasses had to be replaced. We were not charged any more for the replacement. We will definitely be going back to this store!!
