I bought some glasses online that didn't fit well. A friend recommended that I take them to LensCrafters to get them adjusted. The staff was friendly and helpful. I can actually wear my glasses now!

Great customer service but they take forever to get your glasses back to you. They said 7 days and it has taken 3 whole weeks! Disappointing.
