Stopped by to pick up my shoes during regular business hours. Store closed. Thinking they may have closed for lunch, I drove the 8 miles home. Call an hour later to see if they've reopened. I get a recording that statesMr. Gomez is sick, so they are "closed and HOPE to reopen in a week OR SO."

Probably the finest boot repair job I have ever had. My boots looked better than brand new, the fit was flawless and the custom work I requested was perfect. Could not recommend more.
I'm so sorry to hear Mr. Gomez isn't feeling well, but… ? I'm supposed to pick up my dress shoes for a Charity function that night. Someone should be at the store during regular hours for pick-ups. You can't hold peoples shoes hostage. In the future, I will be using a different company.
Wanted a simple replacement heel for 1 pair of high heels. They said drop them off and they'll be ready in 25 (not a typo) days. What a disservice to women.
